Hello Chris,

 

As you are well aware we had raw sewage back-up from our basement floor drain on Sunday, September 7th. At 9:30am when we discoved this, we tried to get as much stuff out of the basement and on to safe ground before we realized very quickly that we could not manage this job on our own and needed help.

 

We contacted ServiceMaster around 10am and were so very pleasantly surprised to have you to speak to on the other end! Right away you put us at ease informing us that you would be out ASAP, advising us to contact our insurance company right away and to evacuate our house due to the danger of raw sewage.

 

All went as planned with ServiceMaster. We were pleased that anytime we called, Kim was always pleasant and calming and would have the answers to our questions or would make sure to get them for us in very good time.

 

We are now back in our home and although it has been a trying time for our family, I would like to say thanks to you and your staff at ServiceMaster! We appreciated your utmost concern and customer service. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to anyone in need of this type of service.

I just wanted to take a few moments to let you know how grateful I am to you and ServiceMaster of PEI. You haven't seen the results of their work, but our home looks spectacular! Josh and his team did an A1 job, my house will never be the same. I am so excited, I never realized that the paneling was really so dark and depressing. We wanted to put gyprock up, but it would have been years before we would have had the money to do it ourselves. I know this all resulted from the plumbing pipe leak, but I can't help but feel encouraged. I am very relieved that my insurance coverage is so comprehensive, I'd still be trying to figure out what to do, if you hadn't stepped in and organized everything so well. I know this is a rambling email, but if you knew how much their work encouraged us, you would understand why we are so thankful.
